   Go to the big Shiftax link at the top left.

   Then click on your name.

   Or in the sidebar click Site Admin.

   Then click Profile.

   Basically you sign up at Gravatar and then it links to every blog that supports it automatically. I only sent you there because there is a quick link to the signup page when you are editing your site profile.
